All orders are delivered via BoxNow lockers.

Shipping Cost

Flat rate shipping: €2 per order

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location and BoxNow availability.

Order Pickup

You will receive an SMS or email from BoxNow when your parcel is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected from the locker within the time window provided by BoxNow.

Incorrect Information

Please make sure your contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
